3.3 Payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposit limits apply to all payment methods available on rp55, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers. If your deposit limit has been reached for the current period, rp55 will decline any further deposit attempts regardless of the payment channel used. The limit resets automatically at the start of the next period (midnight BST for daily limits; Monday midnight for weekly limits; the 1st of each month for monthly limits).
3.4 Suggested Starting Limits for New Players. rp55 recommends that new players set a conservative deposit limit from the outset. A reasonable starting budget for recreational gambling might be between ৳500 and ৳2,000 per week, depending on your personal financial situation. Self-Exclusion Programme

- Long-Term Self-Exclusion: 2 years or 5 years;
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: no end date — account permanently closed.
4.3 What Happens During Exclusion. Once self-exclusion is active, you will be immediately logged out and unable to log back in. rp55 will also suppress all marketing communications to your registered email and mobile number for the duration of the exclusion. Any pending withdrawals at the time of exclusion will be processed and paid out in the normal way.
4.4 Lifting an Exclusion. Time-out periods end automatically when the selected duration expires, after which you may log back in at your discretion. For short-term and long-term exclusions, rp55 applies a mandatory 7-day reflection period before reinstating access, even if you request reinstatement before the exclusion period ends. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
4.5 Attempting to Circumvent an Exclusion. Attempting to open a new rp55 account during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of our Terms & Conditions. rp55 uses identity verification checks to detect and prevent such registrations. Any account opened in circumvention of an active exclusion will be closed immediately.
