rp55 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rp55 platform — including the website at rp55.ws, any associated mobile interface, and all games, betting markets, and financial services offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who interacts with the rp55 platform in any capacity.

Your continued use of rp55 following the publication of any revised version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to these terms, or to any future revision of these terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the rp55 platform and to close your account in accordance with the account closure procedures set out in Section 10 of this document.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with rp55's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and rp55. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published by rp55, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

rp55 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the email address associated with their rp55 account or via a prominent notice on the rp55 website.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on rp55. This is an absolute requirement and admits of no exceptions. rp55 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in account suspension pending review, and may result in permanent account closure.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. rp55 is designed and operated primarily for adult players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using rp55 is lawful in your jurisdiction. rp55 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or lawful in jurisdictions outside of its primary operating territory. Access from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the user's own risk.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following categories of persons are not permitted to hold a rp55 account or use any rp55 service:

• Any person under the age of 18 years;
• Any person who has previously been self-excluded from rp55 during an active self-exclusion period;
• Any person acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements;
• Any employee, contractor, or agent of rp55, or any immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from rp55 management;
• Any person who has had their rp55 account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. rp55 is committed to preventing underage gambling. If rp55 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned, and no winnings accrued during the suspension period will be paid out.

3.1 Registration. To access the full range of rp55 services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information promptly if it changes. rp55 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active rp55 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. rp55 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately, and any balances (including pending bonuses and winnings) may be forfeited at rp55's discretion.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rp55 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must notify rp55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. rp55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). rp55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers our risk management protocols. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended.

3.5 Accurate Information. You must not use false names, fictitious identities, or misrepresent any personal information in connection with your rp55 account. Any account found to contain materially false or misleading information will be closed, and any balance held in such an account may be forfeited.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. rp55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rp55 does not accept cryptocurrency, prepaid vouchers, or any payment method not listed in the current accepted methods as published on the rp55 website.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. rp55 reserves the right to modify these thresholds with reasonable notice to users.

4.3 Processing Times. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your rp55 account within seconds of confirmation. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. rp55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Transaction Fees. rp55 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which rp55 bears no responsibility.

4.5 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the associated rp55 account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Withdrawal Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, rp55 may require you to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification steps are complete. rp55 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if any associated account activity is under investigation.

4.7 Dormant Account Policy. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. rp55 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, and will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder prior to applying any such fee. Players are encouraged to keep their accounts active or to withdraw their balance before an account becomes dormant.

5.1 General Bonus Policy. rp55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal BDT promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each individual offer. These Terms & Conditions set out the general framework; specific bonus terms take precedence over this general policy where they conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any given bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Players must complete the full wagering requirement before a withdrawal request involving bonus-derived funds will be approved.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. rp55 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe the player is abusing the bonus system.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. rp55 takes bonus abuse seriously. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk bets (e.g., betting both sides of an outcome) solely to meet wagering requirements; and using bonus funds in a manner that rp55's risk systems identify as bonus exploitation. Where bonus abuse is detected, rp55 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the player's account.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice. rp55 is not obliged to notify players individually when a bonus is approaching expiry.

By using rp55, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:

• You will provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information at registration and throughout the life of your account;
• You will only use the rp55 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using rp55;
• You will not use the rp55 platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You will keep your account login credentials secure and not share them with any other person;
• You will not attempt to use any software, system, or method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• You will fund your rp55 account only with funds that are legally owned by you and free from any criminal taint;
• You will respect the integrity of all games and betting markets available on rp55;
• You will engage with rp55 customer support in a respectful manner and refrain from abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff;
• You will notify rp55 immediately if you become aware of any technical fault, error in odds, or game malfunction that may have affected your account balance.

Failure to comply with any of the above obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your rp55 account, the forfeiture of any bonus funds, and, in serious cases, the reporting of relevant information to appropriate authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp55 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Match Fixing & Cheating: Any form of match fixing, collusion with other players or third parties to influence game outcomes, or use of any software tool (including bots, scripts, or AI systems) designed to automate play or gain an unfair advantage;
• Money Laundering: Using the rp55 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. rp55 complies with anti-money laundering best practices and will report suspicious activity as required;
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any other fraudulent payment method to fund an rp55 account;
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your rp55 account, whether for commercial gain or otherwise;
• System Exploitation: Exploiting any technical bug, error in odds, or platform vulnerability. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or reasonably discoverable system error will be voided;
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language in any communication with rp55 staff or other players;
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the rp55 platform to operate or promote any competing gambling service, affiliate scheme, or commercial enterprise without rp55's prior written consent.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the rp55 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, betting market layouts, icons, and data compilations — is the property of rp55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The rp55 brand name and logo are registered trademarks of rp55. Unauthorised use of any rp55 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8.2 Limited Licence. rp55 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rp55 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any rp55 content without prior written consent from rp55.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. rp55 hosts these games under licence agreements. Players interact with third-party game content subject to both these Terms & Conditions and any applicable terms of the relevant game provider.

8.4 User Content. By submitting any content to rp55 — including support messages, feedback, or any other communication — you grant rp55 a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use such content for internal purposes, including improving the platform. rp55 will not sell or publicly publish personal communications without your consent.

9.1 Platform Availability. rp55 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond rp55's control may result in temporary downtime. rp55 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, including losses arising from an inability to place a bet or access a game during a period of downtime.

9.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data transmission failure that results in an incorrect odds display, game outcome, or account balance, rp55 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the account to its correct pre-error state. rp55 is not obliged to honour any win arising from a manifest error.

9.3 Gambling Losses. rp55 accepts no liability for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you are gambling voluntarily and that any losses are your sole responsibility. rp55 strongly encourages all players to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, detailed in the Responsible Gaming section of this site.

9.4 Third-Party Services. rp55 is not liable for the conduct, availability, or performance of any third-party payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank), game provider, or other external service that forms part of the rp55 ecosystem. Disputes with third-party providers must be addressed directly with those providers.

9.5 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rp55 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your rp55 account at any time by contacting rp55 customer support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. rp55 will process the account closure and any associated final withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe following your request. Note that if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, you should use the self-exclusion tool rather than a standard closure request, as self-exclusion provides additional protections.

10.2 Termination by rp55. rp55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected;
• rp55 has reason to believe the account was opened fraudulently or using false information;
• The account is associated with prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• rp55 is required to do so by law, regulatory directive, or court order;
• The account has been dormant for an extended period and rp55 has been unable to contact the account holder despite reasonable efforts.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your rp55 account for any reason, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in the account — provided it is not subject to a pending investigation or forfeiture under these Terms & Conditions — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. rp55 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any active investigation.

10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. rp55 will also take reasonable steps to prevent you from receiving promotional communications during your self-exclusion period. 11.1 Right to Amend. rp55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, industry best practices, payment processing requirements, or platform functionality. rp55 is not required to provide advance notice of minor or clarificatory amendments, but will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes.

11.2 Notification of Changes. Where rp55 considers an amendment to be material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a user — rp55 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent banner displayed on the rp55 website for a reasonable period following the change. The updated Terms & Conditions will also carry a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

11.3 Acceptance of Revised Terms. Your continued use of the rp55 platform after revised Terms & Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. If you close your account following a material change to these terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 10.3.

11.4 Version History. rp55 maintains an internal version history of these Terms & Conditions. If you require a copy of a previous version, you may request it by contacting rp55 support at [email protected]. rp55 will make reasonable efforts to provide previous versions where technically feasible.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rp55 operates as an online platform and applies internationally recognised standards of fair play, data protection, and consumer protection in its operations.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute between you and rp55 should be raised by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. rp55 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 7 business days. rp55's support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

12.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by rp55's customer support team, you may escalate your complaint by requesting a review by rp55's senior management team. Escalation requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint Escalation" and must include your account username, a clear description of the dispute, the outcome sought, and any supporting documentation.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rp55 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.

12.6 Waiver. No failure or delay by rp55 in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms & Conditions shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall preclude any further or other exercise of that right or remedy or any other right or remedy.
